Meet Jonathan Rodriguez. He is First Shift Lead at Accurate Brazing’s Manchester, CT facility. He has been with Accurate Brazing for about a year and a half.
Since joining the company, he feels like the biggest challenge of his job is an employee shortage, a sentiment echoed across the country throughout the pandemic.
Jonathan’s favorite part of his job is the variety in what he does – no day is same as the last. He says, “Every day you encounter something new or different.” He adds that the best piece of advice he has received is that “It’s not how you start; it’s how you finish.” Jonathan inspires his team to finish strong each day.
He grew up in nearby Hartford, and now lives in Manchester. And, when Jonathan is not at work, you can find him spending time with his children.
