Meet Hazen Earle, Accurate Brazing’s Northeast Regional Manager, with oversight of both the Manchester, CT and Goffstown, NH facilities. Hazen has been with Accurate Brazing for 23 years. He has been in the industry for almost five decades, starting out as a “lumper” setting up repetitive furnace loads for heat treat and braze, along with cleaning and counting parts.
Hazen believes that in today’s climate, diversification is key to survival and the more accreditations you have for special processes like Torch, Induction, Leak Detection, and Pressure Testing, the stronger your service offerings. He has worked very hard to build Accurate Brazing’s list of third-party accreditations – FAA Repair Station, ISO, AS9100, Nadcap, GE Aerospace and Power Gen, Pratt & Whitney, Rolls-Royce, Allied Signal, Raytheon, and many others – and he feels like this will be his legacy.
Hazen grew up in the small town of Topsfield, MA in a modest home with 14 siblings and immediate family members. Today, he lives in an iconic log cabin in Raymond, NH with his wife and three rescue dogs. On the weekends you might find him out for a long trek on his mountain bike (he completed a 100+ mile journey on a recent weekend), or climbing mountains in New England with his son (they have climbed 53 to date), or cheering on his wife as she pursues her black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
